These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of services from Waldron Innovation Network (“WIN”, “we”, “us”). By contacting us, purchasing a package, or subscribing to a care plan, you agree to these Terms.
All work is delivered according to the package description on our site and the written scope in your quote or invoice. Requests outside the agreed scope may be declined or quoted separately.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe may collect additional information required to process payments and comply with regulations.
Care plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; unless otherwise stated in writing, care plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Because services are custom and time-based, refunds are not guaranteed. If there is a problem, contact us and we will work to resolve it in good faith. Payment disputes may pause work until resolved.
Your site may depend on third-party services (domains, hosting, email, CRMs, payment processors). These services are governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or policy changes.
Upon full payment, you own the delivered website and project assets we created for you, except for third-party materials (fonts, stock images, plugins, libraries) which remain under their respective licenses.
We provide our services “as is” and do not guarantee specific outcomes (rankings, revenue, leads). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
